Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at catsrql@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide free return labels and do not cover the cost of returning an item.
Once we have received the returned goods, we will refund the applicable amount using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The refund may be withheld until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, where the statutory requirements for an exclusion of the right of withdrawal are met.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be handled with care and must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by improper handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item. If a returned item shows signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer, we reserve the right to claim compensation for any loss in value, where permitted by applicable law.
This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal or your statutory warranty rights in the event of defective or faulty goods.
